Ever heard of the program GIMP? It is an image editing software, like photoshop, but free. It is under the GNU license so you can edit it any way you like. You can do so many things on it, it is unbelievable when you start- and I have started to make tutorials on how do do some pretty cool things on it. You can view them here.

After seeing this title, you may be thinking of the common brand of vacuum cleaner. Then again, you might not. Just so that everyone is clear about this, I AM NOT DOING A REVIEW ON HOOVERS. Yes, thats right. I’m not. What a disappointment. No, dyson is a real-time strategy game based in an asteroid belt. You are in control of one asteroid at the beginning, and you have to send ‘Seedlings’ (which look like flying ants to me) to the other asteroids around yours. The seedlings grow on ‘Dyson trees’, and there are also defense trees which, incidentally, defend your asteroid. I am probably not explaining this very well.
